Shipping policy

Domestic Orders: Sent by First Class USPS mail, domestic USA only with option to upgrade to priority Mail 

International Orders: We are pleased to ship internationally. Please note that orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes determined by your country’s customs authority.These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping total. Customs policies vary, and we are unable to estimate or control these fees.We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions before placing your order.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages: If a package is refused for any reason — including unpaid customs duties, incorrect or incomplete address, delivery refusal, or failure to claim the package — the order will be returned to us.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any return shipping fees, customs charges, carrier handling fees, or additional costs incurred will be deducted from the refund once the item is received back in its original condition.

If an order is returned due to an address error provided at checkout, additional shipping charges will apply to reship the package.

We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from customs processing or delivery refusal.
