RETURN POLICY FOR HAMELWOOD STUDIO, MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS AND GEM VAULT:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email: Contact@Hamelwood.com and we will be happy to assist you.
RETURN POLICY
All Hamelwood.com purchases fall under all or some of the following: made to order/ one of a kind/ limited in quantity/ vintage
and are non-returnable/ non-refundable.
Please bear in mind that both Leslie Hamel Jeans, Gem Vault and Ze Vault items are vintage and/or hand made, and range in condition from new, near-new to good vintage condition. Please make sure to look at all the photos and if you have any questions prior to purchasing, please feel free to contact us .
In the rare event a return is authorized, you will be provided with an RA number which must be written on the outside of the package in order to ensure processing. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of RA issuance. Hamelwood.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- All authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking/handling fee plus a $5.00 processing fee deducted from the original order value.
Store credit only will be issued for the remaining balance — no cash refunds will be issued on returns. Store credit does not expire and may be applied to any future Hamelwood purchase.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Orders placed are processed in real time to ensure prompt fulfillment. Once an order is confirmed and payment is authorized,
cancellations are subject to the following fees:
- A 15% cancellation fee of the total order value will be retained to cover payment processing and handling costs
- A $5.00 restocking fee will also apply to cover inventory management costs
- Orders that have entered the shipping phase cannot be cancelled
